Banana bread protein Smoothie

I got up this morning and there was a noticeable chill in the air.  I was really craving banana bread. I did not want to go through the process of making it, nor did I want to consume the calories, so I immediately went to plan B.  I made a banana bread smoothie.  Oh my goodness it is AWESOME!!!! It hit all the key notes that a piece of banana bread hits without the quilt....I think this is a home run. Go ahead swing the bat and make yourself one today ;)
